Leica SL Teardown [DIY]
Hello everyone,
today I would like to share the teardown of the Leica SL.
I hoped to turn into a Full Spectrum camera but, unfortunately, the IR cut filter is glued to the sensor.
Once removed, the sensor chip, together with the wiring, would be exposed. To keep the sensor safe it would be necessary to put a protective transparent filter in the IR cut one’s place.
Anyways, I still wanted to share with you the process.
