IR hot spot analysis on Leica T/CL lenses
Hello everyone,
I would like to share with you some test shots taken with a LCC plate.
It is a hot spot check on the Leica L lenses I own.
Most of the lenses work really well in IR, great sharpness and a nonintrusive hotspot.
The one lens that falls a bit behind, is the Summicron 23mm. Too bad, since I love its colour rendition.
The filter uses it is a Kolari Vision 850nm.
But, enough with words, let’s see the pictures:
Super-Vario-Elmar-TL 11–23 mm f/3.5–4.5 ASPH.
Elmarit-TL 18 f/2.8 ASPH.
Vario-Elmar-TL 18–56 mm f/3.5–5.6 ASPH.
Summicron-TL 23 f/2 ASPH.
APO-Vario-Elmar-TL 55–135 mm f/3.5–4.5 ASPH.
• APO-Macro-Elmarit-TL 60 f/2.8 ASPH.
• Summilux-TL 1:1,4/35 ASPH.
That’s all for now!
What do you think?
